Remote Build
Oh, so you’re looking to go for precision in naval combat? Well, this is one game where that could be a big advantage for you. In modern naval warfare, you want to keep your ships from getting close to the enemy ships and, if possible, keep at least one island between the two of you. This means you’ll have to rely heavily on precision aiming and angles to ensure you hit your target. However, this is possible by choosing a large ship armed with heavy artillery that can fire shells that can turn islands into open water over great distances. This way, you can stay relatively safe while inflicting massive damage on the enemy fleet.

Build the speed
No one ever said boats had to be slow, but the Navy is a little tricky. Their boats are loaded with so much junk they might as well be floating military bases. However, some of the smaller ships are designed for maneuverability and speed, so they can be a real thorn in the enemy's side. These boats are designed to zip through the water with lighter weapons, so they can hit and run at enemies and then run away. Of course, this means they do less damage and can take less damage than their larger sister ships, but as anyone with siblings knows: the younger ones tend to get what they want.

Restoration construction
Okay, so if you’re like me, it takes you a couple seconds to dodge AFTER a hole has been precisely punched in your torso. Warships are big, heavy things, not considered the most graceful or agile members of the war machine’s round table. Even if you’re a master navigator, as soon as the enemy identifies you as the primary threat, at least some of their ships will hit you. This is where you need to invest resources in maintenance and repairs. The longer it takes you to repair something, the longer you’ll be an easy target until you go belly up. With this build, you’ll be able to take more risks and keep all the systems running so you can go ruin the enemy’s day with your incredible recovery speed.

Building Power
You command a WARSHIP. You know that? Those giant artificial islands with guns that cut through stormy seas like a lightsaber through a cactus on a jackhammer. You want to use that power and make sure every other warship feels it in the wind. Well, then you'll need to choose some of the beefiest and heaviest models to get that message across. With all that mass, you can support a variety of long and short range weapons that can be fired one after the other wherever you can get a clear shot. You'll sacrifice a lot of mobility and speed, but you'll ruin every enemy's nautical picnic when you rain bullets down on their ships.

Pirate Construction
If there are boats and they are fighting, then there is always room for a pirate build. If you think there isn't, then you are not trying hard enough. This build is so called because it involves getting your ship close enough to the enemy ships to hit them with short range weapons while you both circle the same part of the open ocean. Once you are down with that, you can try to close in on them or ram their ship with some damage to you, but more damage to them. Medium ships are the best for this type of build, offering balanced options between mobility and power, usually lacking in the ranged department. However, who needs long range guns when you are shooting close enough to see the white in their eyes?
