A father is accused of murdering his eight-year-old daughter after a religious group withheld medication from the child for days. The father originally wanted to “protect” his child from the group’s beliefs, a court heard.
Jayde Struhs told the court that her father, Jason, tried to monitor and administer his daughter Elizabeth’s medication after she nearly died from diabetic ketoacidosis in 2019.
