With the start of the 2024-25 financial year, the clock is ticking to fulfil the Federal Government’s commitment to build 1.2 million homes over the next five years under the National Housing Accord.
It is clear that if we want to come anywhere close to the magic number of 1.2 million new homes, a significant proportion of these will have to be achieved through infill densification and housing construction.
