Unforeseen Incidents, the point-and-click adventure from Backwoods Entertainment and Application Systems Heidelberg, launches today on iOS and Android. Set in a small American town as a strange disease begins to spread across the nation, you play as a local handyman exploring the town, attempting to uncover the truth about what is happening.

In Unforeseen Incidents, you play as Harper Pendrell. When he stumbles upon a woman dying on the streets from a strange new disease, it sets him on a path to an investigation that could uncover the reason behind a mysterious outbreak centering in his home in Yelltown.

With a fully English and German voice track, multiple unique backgrounds, and a conspiracy-driven thriller storyline, Unforeseen Incidents promises to hook you and not let go until you reach the conclusion. The game hits stores today, so you can see how well it holds up on mobile after its initial PC release received high praise.

I’ll be reviewing Unforeseen Incidents in the next few days to see how well it holds up on mobile, but I’d be surprised if there were any technical issues given how low-performance point-and-click games usually are.
