Under Defeat will be released in Japan on December 5 for PS5, PS4, and Switch

City Connection will release shoot 'em up Under defeat PlayStation 5 for PlayStation 4 and Switch on December 5 in Japan, the company announced. The PlayStation 5 and Switch versions will be available both physically for 4,950 yen and digitally for 3,980 yen, while the PlayStation 4 version will be digital only. There will also be a limited edition for ¥8,800 that includes a special box, fan book, and soundtrack CD.

While this release was previously announced for Xbox Series and PC as well, today's announcement makes no mention of those versions.

You can choose your preferred background music version, including music from previous releases. There will also be a special edition of the game featuring a soundtrack CD with new music and a fan book featuring illustrations and developer interviews.
