  • Uncharted Waters Origins is set to introduce a new relationship chronicle for one of its characters
  • Julie d'Aubigny will live a new adventure driven by a letter from her lost lover in The Fate of Fire
  • A new smuggling mechanic will also allow you to get great rewards but with significant risk

Uncharted Waters Origins, the hit naval combat game from LINE Games, is set to update one of its history-inspired characters in a new and interesting way. Julie d'Aubigny is now getting an update with a new story arc, which will see her at the center of a chronicle of relationships.

The Fate of Fire tells the story of Julie d'Aubigny who leaves the monastery where she has been hiding and discovers a letter from her deceased lover, which inspires her to a new adventure. If you've already recruited Julie, you can dive into the new Relationship Chronicle as of this writing.

While Uncharted Waters Origins usually focuses on historical seafaring figures, the real Julie d'Aubigny apparently never went near the water. She was, however, known for her skills in fencing and opera, and for her adventurous and romantic lifestyle. Although she died in the early 1700s, The Fate of Fire seems to follow a sort of “what if” scenario.
