- Teamfight Tactics Brings Back a New Set with Revival: Dawn of Heroes
- Brings back the mid-set update for Reckoning: Dawn of Heroes with its own dedicated game mode
- Discover the new progression system and more!
Teamfight Tactics is ready to introduce its second set revival, where old champions and traits from previous sets are reintroduced for a limited time with a modern twist, with Revival: Dawn of Heroes. Based on the previous set Reckoning: Dawn of Heroes, this new revival will see the reintroduction of a new progression system based on mid-set refreshes and more!
In addition to the mode itself, where you can revert to the old set, you'll also find that the Revival Ladder progression system has been reintroduced, where you can unlock free ranks and rewards for progressing through the Revival game mode.
Not only that, but you’ll notice that there are all the new Champion Upgrades that have been adapted to the set, along with an updated ceremony where Pengu descends onto the board to bestow blessings on your units. Revives are temporary game modes, and you’ll be able to enjoy Revival: Dawn of Heroes starting September 25th and running until November 4th.
Balance
I think one of the main intrigues and frustrations of multiplayer games with the longevity of the League of Legends series is that things can change so much in the span of a few years. A case in point is Teamfight Tactics, and the fact that bringing back old sets can still drastically change the gameplay enough to justify its own mode.
