Outfit7 is encouraging everyone to do their part for Mother Earth, as Talking Tom Gold Run and My Talking Tom Friends join this year’s Green Game Jam, tasking you with saving the world both figuratively and literally. Gear up and “REplay, REgrow, REuse” in both games now through September 19, starting with new eco-friendly features you can try to use to keep the environment clean and tidy.
In particular, you can expect to collect Trash Bag tokens in Talking Tom Gold Run, which you can earn over multiple runs by throwing away plastic trash. You’ll see the fruits of your labor as the pollution on the planet on your screen gradually disperses. Additionally, you can use your recycled trash and turn it into something useful with the game’s recycling machine – these rewards include gold bars, diamonds, and even the exclusive Eco Angela costume.
Meanwhile, My Talking Tom Friends lets you clean up trash to earn tokens along with organic fertilizer and garden seeds. These, in turn, can be used to grow organic vegetables in the gardening mini-game.
In terms of real-world effects, Outfit7’s efforts during the Green Game Jam also include special events on social media. We encourage you to inspire others by picking up trash or growing your own food in real life and sharing your efforts using the campaign hashtag #RERERE. Keep an eye on their social channels, where you’ll find a special code waiting for you. This code can be redeemed after the Green Game Jam event for free in-game rewards.
