When it comes to creating a gaming room, the first thing that comes to mind is a gaming PC or a gaming laptop. Next is lighting. Lots and lots of RGB lighting to really emulate that feeling.

I was offered the opportunity to review the Stealth Light-Up LED Desktop Light Towers, and immediately, I was impressed. These twin lights not only look neat no matter where you place them, but they can also blend together seamlessly.

Stealth Light-Up LED Desktop Tower Lights are sturdy

I have seen many light towers in my life, but most of them looked like they couldn't take a hit. At my workstation or gaming setup, a lot of things happen: my cats can jump on the desk and knock over things; they tend to throw things off the desk, and that's just how life with pets is. Thanks to the non-slip base, I didn't have any unpleasant accidents, although my Maine Coon had a lot of fun.

They're also pretty sturdy, as one of my cats bumped into them. The result? Not even a scratch. So I can proudly say that they are sturdy and you won't have to worry about accidentally banging them and breaking them.

The headphone hook is a plus for me

Many times I can't find the “right” place for my headphones, so they end up in a different place every single day. The headphone hook is very useful for keeping things tidy and I can't find any faults with it. It's just fantastic.

Sound activated light effects that work perfectly and more

What really surprised me were the sound activated effects. I've also thought about putting them in the living room next to the TV, because when you set that effect they give off a really nice effect. If you're looking for an LED tower that does this, the Stealth ones are clear winners for me.

Even more impressive is the fact that you can choose from a multitude of color effects, configurations, and intensities, so you're sure to find one you absolutely love. It wasn't easy for me to choose just one, so I opted for the multicolor RGB effect.

They have cables, but it's not the end of the world

I've seen wireless products, but for the price they come at and the quality they have, the Stealth Light-Up LED Desktop Light Towers are more than perfect. Depending on where you place them and how well you hide the cables, it won't matter much.

And the best part is that it's super easy to plug them in and get them working without any additional apps and whatnot. Plus, you can use them on different devices, such as your TV.

I wanted to create a nice ambiance in my living room for a movie night, and literally all I had to do was plug them into the TV. The result is what you see in the image above.

These light towers are quite affordable and you can buy them for £29.99 from Smyths and STEALTH.
