  • Replace Suicune's mane with Suicune's incense and Suicune's cookies.
  • Water-type helper Pokémon will be more effective
  • Head to Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach and Lapis Lakeside

The Pokemon Company has announced a new update for Pokemon Sleep, prompting everyone to get their research hats ready for some serious Suicune antics. Specifically, the Suicune Research event tasks you with collecting Suicune Mane, which, in turn, can be used to redeem some Suicune Incense and Suicune Biscuits.

The latest Pokemon Sleep update will have you researching different sleep styles for Suicune, plus Water-type helper Pokémon will also be more effective during the event. Be sure to power up your Water-type helper Pokémon like Psyduck, Squirtle, Slowpoke, Wartortle, Slowbro, Wooper, Blastoise, Vaporeon, Golduck, Slowking, Quaxwell, Feraligatr, Croconaw, Quagsire, Quaxly, and Totodile.

The event will run until September 16th in Greengrass Isle, Cyan Beach, and Lapis Lakeside. During that time, Snorlax in the specified areas will also be favoring Oran Berries (Water-type). You can learn more about the event details in the official blog post.
