Miraibo Go is an upcoming Palword-like for Android that could prove to be the king of clones

  • Miraibo Go is a new Palworld-style game coming to Android
  • Features creature collection, combat, base building, and more
  • There are also features like landscape mode that have been promised

Miraibo Go, originally known as PetOCraft, is a new Palworld-style game coming to Android from Dreamworld Games. Featuring creature collection, combat, and a vast open world to explore, you’ll find the same base-building elements and more action-oriented gameplay that made the original Pokémon-but-not-a-game title so viral.

If there were any doubts about Miraibo Go’s spiritual DNA, the presence of cute animal companions that blast enemies to pieces with realistic guns should put them to rest. But aside from that obvious caveat, Miraibo Go looks to offer the same kind of fun that Palworld fans have come to expect.

And with a seemingly silent Palworld Mobile release, it looks like Miraibo Go will have plenty of room to grow when it hits mobile devices soon. Miraibo Go isn’t a game that’s up in the air, as it recently concluded a trial period in August, giving players their first chance to get to grips with the game.

I am

Attack of the Clones

While Miraibo Go is obviously copying a lot from Palworld, as I pointed out yesterday with (*sigh*) Backpack Attack: Troll Face, a clone with no production values, will not tickle the same part of a player's brain, no matter how well it emulates the gameplay of the original.

With Miraibo Go, it’s clear that there are decent production values in this game, and aesthetically it manages to offer pleasing landscapes, creatures, and character designs. Assuming the gameplay can carry it further, it could be that Palworld will have some serious competition if/when it comes to mobile devices.
