Marvel: Contest of Champions will debut two new champions as part of its 10th anniversary celebration

  • Marvel Contest of Champions is still celebrating its 10th anniversary
  • And two highly anticipated new champions will be added soon
  • Alison Blaire (Dazzler) and Spiral will both participate in the competition

With Marvel continuing to advance as the pop culture juggernaut that it is, it's no surprise that Marvel Contest of Champions, Kabam's mobile ARPG, is still celebrating its 10th anniversary. And if you've been waiting to see what happens next, there are two exciting additions for X fans just around the corner!

The former is a recognizable face that has come in and out of the X-men over the years, while Alison Blaire (Dazzler) hypes him up. This mutant with the ability to manipulate light was created to capitalize on the disco frenzy of the seventies, but endured beyond that to become an iconic fan favorite of the X-Men series.

Meanwhile, a darker but no less beloved character joins the fray with Spiral. This six-armed mutant serves Mojo, the otherworldly TV mogul who has spent most of his time tormenting the X-men and exploiting them for reality drama. Spiral is a deadly adversary for all X-men and a worthy addition to the team!

Dazzler will have its own focus event with the upcoming Sparkle and Shine mission coming soon. This will see Dazzler and Spiral battle it out as Manhattan becomes the latest setting for Mojo's maniacal TV shoot. Meanwhile, as part of this update, the first part of the new Chrono-versary side mission will also debut!

If you want to return to the Contest of Champions before this update, don't leave empty-handed! Instead, why not check out our list of the best Marvel Contest of Champions characters ranked class by class!

Better yet, if you're looking to try something new, might we humbly suggest Tencent's hit MOBA, Honor of Kings. Nothing to do with the fact that we're hosting a giveaway, of course, but if you decide to give it a try, there's no harm in checking it out either!
