With MiHoYo’s other flagship game, Zenless Zone Zero, recently receiving a major update, and Genshin Impact finally introducing the nation of Teyvat, it was only a matter of time before Honkai: Star Rail received the same treatment. While there’s no news on the long-awaited Fate: Stay Night collaboration, there’s a lot that’s set to arrive in version 2.5 “Flying Aureus Shot to Lupine Rue” (catchy).

This new update sees the introduction of the Wardance Ceremony, along with powerful new opponents. Luckily, you will have no shortage of allies to aid you in this massive tournament. Five-star characters Linghsa and Feixiao will be joining the roster, along with the new four-star Moze.

The Wardance Ceremony will be the scene of many in-game events. And if you’re looking for some awesome new rewards, participants in some of the activities surrounding the Luminary Wardance can also earn a new pet in the form of the Tuskpir. Check out version 2.5 when it releases on September 10!

To say that MiHoYo games are popular seems like an understatement, as the developer has probably earned more money than some small countries. However, I'm sure there will be a lot of excitement for this new update when it comes out!
