Grimguard Tactics Delays iOS and Android Launch by One Month

  • Grimguard Tactics has seen its release date pushed back a month to October 23
  • Fans will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on this grimdark RPG.
  • But developer Outerdawn promises more raids, dungeons and even heroes at launch

After receiving feedback from players during the beta test period, developer Outerdawn has sadly decided to delay the launch of Grimguard Tactics to October 23, from the original release date of September 12. While this will be little consolation for fans who have been eagerly anticipating this tactical RPG, Outerdawn promises that this is necessary to deliver the best experience possible.

It's not all polished, however, as some additions have also been made to compensate for the delayed launch. Additional raids, dungeons, and even heroes (like the Mercenary) are all set to make their launch debut thanks to the new release date.

As you might have guessed from the name, Grimguard Tactics is exactly that. A tactical RPG set in a world of dead gods and equally evil mortal inhabitants, you will command a variety of sinister and vengeful heroes to exact vengeance in the most direct and bloody way possible.

I am

A dark dawn

I'll admit, I don't think anyone should be too upset about a delay as small as this. This is coming from someone who's been waiting for No More Room in Hell 2 to come out “this Halloween” for about three years. And if that means Grimguard Tactics comes out in the best possible shape, all the better.
