Famitsu has published estimated physical game software data for the week of September 2, 2024 to September 8, 2024 for Japan.
Touhou Danmaku Kagura: Lost Fantasy for Switch was the best-selling new release of the week, opening with 16,631 retail copies. It followed ASTRO BOT For PlayStation 5, which sold 12,672 retail copies.
On the supply side, the Switch family sold 67,473 units, the PlayStation 5 family sold 11,817 units, the Xbox Series family sold 1,482 units, and the PlayStation 4 family sold 23 units.
