Heroes at this tier are some of the strongest selections you can pick from the entire roster. They have the highest base stats, their playstyle is quite versatile, and they have the best abilities in the game by far compared to the rest of the heroes. Of course, they are also mostly of SSR rarity.
Notes on Era
The SSR Dark elemental Mage is literally the classic definition of DPS. She has a high base critical hit rate, attack, and critical hit damage ratios. Additionally, her basic attack increases her critical hit rate by 30% for each negative effect on the enemy. You can see this trend continue as the rest of her abilities also deal additional damage and provide bonus effects Hera the more negative effects are inflicted on the targeted enemy.
Notes on Okasio
Okasio remains one of the most sought-after heroes in Epic Fantasy for his usability as an Action gauge manipulator and turn 1 opener in PvP game modes. Okasio's passive ability grants a flat 10% Attack Speed to all allies indefinitely, which greatly increases the mobility of your allies. Additionally, his second active ability is an AOE-targeted buff ability that grants all allies an increased Attack Speed buff for 2 turns along with increasing their Action gauge by 20%. Okasio's third active ability is an AOE-targeted damage ability that deals tons of physical damage to enemies along with inflicting a Weaken debuff for 2 turns. Weaken enemies take 20% more damage from all areas of the game.

Notes on Elizabeth
Elizabeth is definitely one of those who can be considered S-tier heroes due to her versatile nature. She is one of the best AOE targeted buff removers that can target heroes like Hera in PvP game modes. But that's the problem: she is only useful in the PvP aspects of Epic Fantasy. Her third active skill is an AOE targeted damaging skill that first removes all buffs from enemies, and if the buffs are successfully removed, the enemies are also stunned for 1 turn. Elizabeth's passive skill states that every time she takes a turn, she inflicts a Weaken debuff on a random enemy for 1 turn.
Notes on Kain
Kain, on the other hand, is a Fire elemental Debuffer hero who specializes in inflicting tons of debuffs on enemies to lower their defensive resistances. His second skill is a targeted AOE damaging skill that inflicts Defense down and Unrecoverable debuffs on all enemies for 2 turns each, granting himself another turn instantly. Kain's third skill is a targeted execution skill that ignores Unkillable buffs and additionally destroys 50% of targets' MAX HP. He is considered one of the best tank killers in the game even after 1 year of release.

Notes on Reinhardt
Reinhardt is a Dark Elemental Tanker who can also be played as an offensive bruiser thanks to his skills that deal damage based on his MAX HP. His third active skill Shield Bash is an AOE damaging skill that has a 50% chance to inflict a Silence debuff on all enemies for 1 turn, while granting himself a Resistance buff for 1 turn. The Resistance buff helps Reinhardt survive regardless, unless the buff is removed or removed. He also has a leader skill that increases the HP of all allies by 15%.

Michael is another Tanker type hero who is mostly used only in the PvP aspects of Epic Fantasy. He specializes in countering enemies that have Immortality buffs like Reinhardt himself. Most of the heroes you will find in this tier will be base SR rarity heroes. This is because their base stats are quite lower than SSR rarity heroes, and they also offer mediocre abilities. However, a few heroes shine in this category, such as Lancelot.
Notes on Lancelot
Lancelot is perhaps one of the best Tanks among the SR heroes due to the pure survivability buffs he provides himself. His third skill Lord of War is an active skill that grants Lancelot Threat 3, Counter 3, and Increased Defense 2 buffs for 2 turns each, as well as granting him immunity to Action Gauge reduction for 1 turn. This means that Lancelot is bound to counter all incoming attacks that target him or all allies, while also dealing a significant amount of damage in return. It is recommended to build him with a high defense since his skill's damage is proportional to his Defense stat.
Notes on Vladimir
Vladimir, true to tradition, is a bloodsucking vampire classified as a Debuffer in Epic Fantasy. His second active skill Bloody Scythe is an AOE damaging skill that deals physical damage equal to the enemy's MAX HP and inflicts an unrecoverable debuff for 2 turns. In addition, this skill also reduces the action meter of all enemies by 50% each. Vladimir has 2 passive skills, where the first one grants him CC immunity indefinitely and the second one grants all allies 20% critical strike chance.

These heroes are among the worst and ideally you should replace them with one of the options mentioned above as soon as possible. Resources are quite abundant while the summon currency provided is low in the early game. So investing in lower rarity heroes becomes quite mandatory unless you are extremely lucky.
Among the choices in this level, Adin seems pretty average at best. He has a unique passive called Hunting Instinct, where he always removes 1 beneficial effect from the enemy while attacking and also increases his action meter by 10% when attacking an enemy that has a beneficial effect. Adin's third active skill, Slash of Gale, is an AOE damage-targeted skill that deals physical damage to all enemies and inflicts an Unrecoverable debuff for 2 turns each. The damage multipliers for this skill aren't that great, so don't expect to do crazy damage.
