Here's a review of the game via tinyBuild:
About
In DUCKSIDEalone or with a pack, you'll fight against hairy and hairless enemies while collecting loot and materials to build a base. Other ducks are trying to steal your stuff from under your beak, so protect your territory! Build a huge base, team up with friends to hunt, or just steal from other ducks. The possibilities are endless in this persistent world survival shooter full of ducks, guns and endless antics.
New in Early Access
- New Horizons – Ducks love to move to new territories! Desert and snow biomes will be added to the game to give our feathered friends access to exciting new weather types.
- Flexible ducks – Added updated animations for grabbing, shooting and collecting (at the cost of ducks losing telekinetic control of weapons and objects).
- Iron Age (for ducks) – A new, very large furnace is on the way, specifically designed to melt large amounts of ore and create Chainsaws and Jackhammers, some of the new tools coming in early access.
- New Weapons – Our feathered doctors have told many ducks never to use alcohol when working with heavy weapons. Along with a recipe for Molotov cocktails, a distillery is added to the game to ensure this never happens, as well as Bazookas (a new assault weapon to replace the boring old grenade launchers).
- Aqueous Resources – Platforms appeared on the surface of the water. No one knows where they come from, but ducks can stock up on them.
- Dynamic NPC Behavior – Human NPCs (Non-Plumed Characters) will be smarter, move faster and be more aggressive.
