Publisher Kodansha and developer Tokoronyori have announced a two-player puzzle adventure game BOKURA: planetFebruary 2023 sequel – released BOKURA. It will be released for PC via Steam in early 2025.

BOKURA: planet must be played with two people on different devices. This puzzle adventure game requires two players to communicate and work together to solve puzzles. A new story unfolds in BOKURA: a new space on the planet. Newly added moves and puzzles will be added.

The story

The earth was destroyed and the few people who survived started over from the Stone Age and a new civilization was established.

Finally, they were able to travel into space and therefore planned to explore distant planets.

However, the distance between earth and those planets was great and it would take several hundred years to complete the journey.

Therefore, persons sentenced to death were selected to conduct the investigation.

During the journey, the research vessel breaks down and the two crew members must make an emergency escape.

They make an emergency landing on an unknown red planet and both have their own reasons for having to return to Earth.

Tokoronyori has consistently created mysterious works rich in originality with his unique outlook and artistic sense. in 2016 Only Planet has become a topic of agenda in social media.

BOKURA In February 2023, it was released as a member of Kodansha Game Creators' Lab Vol. 1 and sold over 600,000 copies. It has caught the attention of broadcasters and VTubers in Japan and around the world.

His specialty is creating experiences that can only be experienced in games by incorporating unique settings into his games.

BOKURA: planet based on ideas from the planning stages of BOKURA.

Then I was able to expand on ideas that were antithetical BOKURAbut I chose to balance different ideas to create BOKURA.

I'm sure I made the right decision, but at the same time, I often wonder what would have happened if I had implemented some of those other ideas. Finally, I couldn't bear to think about what was created and what was created BOKURA: planet. It turned out very nice.
