Relaunching ASTRA: Knights of Veda is definitely not the easiest thing. However, if you want to go ahead and do it, you should prepare yourself for some real struggle. The relaunch process takes a long time (15-20 minutes per game) and if you are ready, then I have just the guide to help you.
Keep in mind that to get to the “reroll” part of the guide, you have to play through the tutorial and several battle scenes, until you reach the Tavern where you can access the Call of the Stars gacha. That's when you can start summoning, and if you're not happy with the results, you can repeat the casting.
Are you really ready to relaunch?
As I said before, raising in this game is not easy. To actually raise, you will have to prepare several accounts in advance, because that is the only way to do it. If you have any Google accounts (because you're an avid gacha player?) lying around, they'll come in handy. If not, you can use any other accounts you might have (email, Apple, Line or X for example) or just create a couple of new email or Google accounts.
Also, keep in mind that it takes 3 days to change your account name, so if you just decided to break the keyboard when creating an account name, it might not be the best idea.
Since the reroll process is as difficult as it is if your lucky stars align and you manage to get a 5* unit in the first few rolls, I recommend sticking with it. There's no guarantee that you'll get a 5* on the first two rolls when you raise, so if you happened to get your 5* early on, stick with that.
Always get Start the Call of the Stars from the gacha
Even though the game recommends summoning Knight's First Leap from the gacha, you don't want to do that. That gacha grants you a 4* character, but you should try to get a 5* unit. The Star the Call of the Stars gacha gives you a guaranteed 5* character within 50 draws, so if you do 10x summons 5 times, you'll get a guaranteed 5*.

To relaunch ASTRA: Knights of Veda, all you need to do is follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the menu.
Step 2: Select the door icon (exit icon) at the bottom left of the screen to return to the main menu and log out of your current account.
Step 3: Select a different account and log in.
Step 4: Play through the tutorial until you get access to the Call of the Stars gacha.
Step 5: Extract Start the Call of the Stars from the gacha.
Step 6: If you managed to get a 5* continue playing, otherwise start again with a new account, from step 1.
If you have a lot of accounts, time and patience to keep relaunching them, I recommend trying to get one of the higher level 5* characters. To take it a step further, you can try to get a weapon for them too, but most of the time it's a stretch. However, if you are lucky enough to get it, you should keep that account and continue playing it.
